CANCELLATION POLICY.

Appointment Scheduling:

- Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance.

- Same-day appointments may be accommodated based on availability.

- We appreciate timely arrival for appointments to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

- All permanent makeup procedures require a $100 deposit to reserve requested appointment date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arrive. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

- Failure to provide sufficient notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. (24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee. Day of or less than 24 hours = 50% fee. No show/No notice = 100% fee.)

- All permanent makeup deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.

Arrival and Waiting:

- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your treatment.

- In the event of any delay, we will make every effort to accommodate your treatment, but it may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

- If grace period has surpassed 15 minutes post appointment start time, a late fee of $15 will be applied at checkout.

NO Kids Allowed:

- To maintain a serene atmosphere, and ensure the safety of our clients, we have a no kids policy. We kindly request that you arrange for childcare during your visit to the studio.
